With nearly four decades of litigation experience, Culotta & Culotta LLP provides its clients with the skill and capabilities necessary to succeed in the ever changing venue of the courtroom.

With over 200 jury trials under our belt, we have litigated cases in both State and Federal courts, on both sides of the aisle, ranging from homicide to tax evasion, from health care fraud to corporate contract disputes.

With the recent legal developments in corporate and personal responsibility and liability, corporations and individuals are being investigated from all directions, and have a multitude of additional reporting obligations which put them at risk of investigation and/or prosecution.

In the 13th century, it was asked 'How can a corporation who has no soul lose one?' In today's political climate, that question takes on more significance. Society is demanding a corporate conscience, and the Department of Justice has answered the public's cry for corporate responsibility. 'Prosecution of a corporation is not a substitute for the prosecution of criminally culpable individuals. DOJ Memo on Principles of Federal Prosecution of Business Organizations, January 20, 2003.

We at Culotta & Culotta LLP understand that challenge and understand that battles in the courtroom are fought long before the first step into the chamber. Because of our years of litigation experience, we have developed a symbiotic relationship with one of the world's best investigative firms. This relationship has developed into a coordinated effort to provide our clients with the best investigative and legal services necessary for any given situation. We team with our client and our investigators to root out potential problems and pro-actively face the legal challenges that unfold.

Our clients want lawyers who anticipate their every need and can meet the current challenges they face, Culotta & Culotta meets and exceeds that challenge daily.
