Jennifer Hinkebein Culotta, Esq.

Ms. Culotta’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, business crimes, internal investigations and civil enforcement litigation. Ms. Culotta regularly assists individuals and corporations through all phases of litigation, and has significant experience with matters involving criminal and civil enforcement, fraud, RICO, tax evasion, and federal search and seizure.

Relevant Experience and Representative Matters:

Ms. Culotta has extensive trial and courtroom experience. In her two decades as a litigator, she has tried more than 200 jury trials in state and federal courts. By example, she successfully defended a Fortune Global 200 company in a wrongful termination matter and secured a million dollar jury for the company in a cross-claim.

She has assisted in several internal investigations in the United States and foreign countries, from both sides of the investigation. These investigations have uncovered fraud, corruption and deception on the part of rogue employees or subsidiaries. Ms. Culotta has assisted her clients in being pro-active in rooting out problems from within and protecting them from elements which might have financial or regulatory consequences.
