In her <br /> two decades as a litigator, she has tried more than 200 jury trials in <br /> state and federal courts. She has assisted in several internal <br /> investigations in the United States and foreign countries, from both <br /> sides of the investigation.<br /> <br /> While a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Environmental Protection <br /> Agency, Ms. Culotta provided advice as to legal issues and possible <br /> ramifications of policy decisions on complex cases, national and <br /> international in scope, arising in the enforcement of the criminal <br /> provisions of environmental statutes. Further, she served as a <br /> national consultant on criminal enforcement of environmental <br /> statues, primarily responsible for reviewing EPA's national and <br /> international criminal enforcement activities.
