Jennifer Hinkebein Culotta, Esq.
Ms. Culotta’s practice focuses on white-collar
criminal defense, business crimes, internal
investigations and civil enforcement litigation.
Ms. Culotta regularly assists individuals and
corporations through all phases of litigation, and
has significant experience with matters involving
criminal and civil enforcement, fraud, RICO, tax
evasion, and federal search and seizure.
Relevant Experience and Representative Matters:
Ms. Culotta has extensive trial and courtroom experience. In her
two decades as a litigator, she has tried more than 200 jury trials in
state and federal courts. She has assisted in several internal
investigations in the United States and foreign countries, from both
sides of the investigation.
While a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency, Ms. Culotta provided advice as to legal issues and possible
ramifications of policy decisions on complex cases, national and
international in scope, arising in the enforcement of the criminal
provisions of environmental statutes. Further, she served as a
national consultant on criminal enforcement of environmental
statues, primarily responsible for reviewing EPA's national and
international criminal enforcement activities. Lastly, she
represented the criminal enforcement branch of EPA, providing
assistance to senior agency officials in preparation of Congressional
testimony.
